Immersion:
These heaters work immersed in a liquid. Copper or stainless steel 316 is used as a sheath. To facilitate its installation, one or more “U” bent elements are mounted on brass plugs with 1”, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, 2”, 2 1/2” and 3” NPT threads and for individual elements brass threaded fittings are used.
Characteristics:
- Operating temperature below the evaporation point of the medium.
- Heat transfer by conduction and convection.
- Their useful life will be longer if it is guaranteed that they always operate within the environment for which they were manufactured.
